Woodwind overhaul/repad

Each key and lever is individually tightened by a special swaging process. All body dents and blemishes are repaired as close to original condition without jeopardizing your instrument structurally or acoustically. Only the finest quality materials and parts are used throughout the overhaul process; we meet or exceed the original factory specifications. New pads, springs, cork and felt silencers, are installed after the body and key mechanism have been processed through the dent-removal, buffing, and baked-on epoxy finishing stages. All tenon and neck corks are replaced at no extra charge. Your instrument is then precision-assembled, regulated, and thoroughly tested by a qualified technician. The replacement of major parts, plating of the key mechanism or body, and the removal of extensive blemishes or body damage will be charged extra at prevailing rates. All prices given below are for instruments in average condition. If you think that your instrument may require additional repair, please bring (send) the instrument to our shop for a complete estimate.
