Multiple Listing Discounts

• 3 to 5 Items: 10% discount off of full price
• 6 to 9 Items: 25% discount off of full price
• 10 Items and Over: Call 1-425-413-4343 for a quote

Your multiple listings may be made up of any combination of the above categories, however, please do not include musical instruments for sale in the categories denoted with the asterisk (*). To calculate your total cost, simply determine the regular fee for each individual item, add these individual fees together to get a total, then reduce that total figure by the allowed discount.

Filling Out The Classified Ad Form

The Classified Advertising Form is a generic form which you will use for advertising items in six (6) categories; the five (5) listed above in addition to the Stolen or Missing Musical Instruments. All of our forms are available in "graphic" or "text-only" versions, so if your browser doesn't accept forms, be sure to click on the "text-only" version, copy, fill-out, and mail or fax the form to us. Obviously, the only time you will fill-in the data describing the Instrument Type, Manufacturer, Model, Serial Number, Age, and Condition will be when you are placing an ad in the Musical Instruments -- Buy - Sell - Trade and or the Stolen or Missing Musical Instruments categories. On the other four (4) occasions you will omit filling out information in these six (6) specific fields, complete all other data fields, and enter the content of your advertisement in the Comments/Description of Item box. When listing Stolen or Missing Musical Instruments, use the comment box to describe the details of the missing instrument.

You will note that you may transmit this information to us by any of three (3) ways. If your browser is able to read forms, you may go to the Listing Form (by clicking below), fill out the form and send it to us by clicking on the "SEND INFO" button at the bottom of the form. If your browser is not able to handle forms, click the "TEXT ONLY FORM" link below, make a hard copy of the blank form, fill it out completely and either fax it to us via our fax number (425) 413-4338, or mail the completed form via "snail mail".
